Payment Policy
To keep things simple, payment should be made by bank transfer at the time of booking so your young person’s session is fully secured. You’ll receive a confirmation straight away, and everything is handled safely online. When booking all 3 sessions, payment is made upfront so we can plan the full journey together.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, will be charged at the full session rate. If something unexpected happens, just let me know — I’ll always try to find a fair solution while protecting my time.
Referral Rewards
When you refer a friend who books any session or package, you’ll receive £20 off your next session, and they’ll receive £10 off their first one. It’s a simple way to make employability support more accessible for more young people, while recognising and rewarding the families who help spread the word.
