Employability Support for Young People

Helping young people build the confidence, skills and clarity they need to take their first step into work.

I’ve spent my career helping people step into their potential from early‑career talent to senior leaders. I now use that experience to support young people as they take their first steps into employment. I’ve led People & Culture strategies and early‑careers programmes for major UK employers including Vodafone, Taylor Wimpey and Sopra Steria, giving me a clear understanding of what organisations look for when they hire.

That insight shapes every workshop I deliver. Students learn how to recognise their strengths, build confidence and develop the practical skills they need to move forward — from writing a CV to performing well in interviews. The approach is structured, supportive and grounded in real employer expectations.

Schools value the clear outcomes, Gatsby alignment and practical tools students can use immediately. Parents value the human, encouraging environment that helps young people believe in themselves and feel genuinely ready for work.

The focus is simple: real skills, real confidence, real readiness for the future.
