Helping young people build the confidence, skills and clarity they need to take their first step into work.
Young people often feel unsure about how to take their first steps into work, especially when they have limited experience or don’t know what employers expect. I help them build confidence, recognise their strengths and develop the practical skills they need to move forward with clarity.
I’ve spent my career supporting people at every stage, from early‑career talent to senior leaders. With over 25 years’ experience leading People & Culture strategies and early‑careers programmes for major UK employers including Capital One, Vodafone, Experian, Taylor Wimpey and Sopra Steria, I know exactly what organisations look for when they hire. That insight shapes every session I deliver.
My coaching is friendly, structured and grounded in real employer expectations. Young people learn how to present themselves confidently, write strong CVs, prepare for interviews and understand what makes them stand out.
The focus is simple: real skills, real confidence, real readiness for the future.
